Partner momentum: the flywheel in motion
Partners aren't just writing checks anymore — they're building the Summit Scholarship into their own brand activations and paying for the content. That's the strongest leading indicator for 2027 commitments.
Embedded in LOWA's brand
Keynotes at LOWA's international sales meeting landed well, and the Summit Scholarship + the ED now feature on a page of LOWA's brand magazine in their welcome kits. We're inside their brand refresh — which is what's powering the 2027 expansion conversation.
Fjällräven Classic team
A team of 4 invited Summit Scholarship alumnae, kitted head-to-toe in Fjällräven, with Rachel along as storyteller and an ED presence at Trekker's Inn. Alumnae spots were gone within 32 minutes of opening to the list. Fjällräven then surprised us with a $5k content top-up to fund the storytelling.
Matterhorn film project
Happening. A flagship storytelling asset tied to the scholarship climb — content with a long tail across partner channels.
Outdoor Retailer, Minneapolis
Exhibiting Aug 19–21. Angie confirmed to travel (flights + hotel covered) — first trade-show presence, putting the work in front of the industry.
Partner pipeline — in discussion detail to come
Beyond the partners above, inbound interest is building. Sunny will bring specifics to the meeting; placeholder for now:
Scholarship partners
SheJumps has reached out about co-funding a scholarship in future years — and there's a possible this-year scholarship partnership to detail.
New collaborations
Brown Girls Climb (early conversation) and the Pasang Lhamu Foundation (leadership development in Nepal) — both worth exploring a way to work together.
Operating partners
Several organizations have applied to join as operating partners. Interest is up; none a clear slam-dunk yet, so this is a selectivity question.
