First 50k Sisterhood: the breakout
15 ambassadors raised $21,646 from 251 donors — beating Angie's $15k topline goal by 44%. After Classy fees and program costs, about $16,600 nets to the mission. A repeatable, near-linear engine.

The costs are small and honest. Donors gave $20,668 to the cause and voluntarily added another $978 to cover transaction fees — so of the $1,478 the platform took, our actual fee cost was only about $500. Race entries were 15 × $135 = $2,025, and $1,500 brought last year's Summit Scholarship Adventure Lens grantee out to document the sisterhood. Angie's time sits in shared staff, not here. At about $1,440 raised per ambassador (~$1,110 net), the scaling lever is more women on the start line, not more effort per dollar.
The live moment. The Wild Woman Trail Runs happen during this retreat, in the same location — the board meets the Sisterhood the evening and day after the working session. Friday: the board sees ~$16.6k net and a repeatable engine. Saturday: it meets the cohort. Numbers, then faces.
An Angie production, on both sides. Angie is the engine behind these numbers — she designed and runs the First 50k Sisterhood as our Cairn Project contractor. In a separate role, she's also one of the co-directors of the Wild Woman Trail Runs, the Trout Lake race the Sisterhood rallies around. So the event you'll witness this weekend is the same one she helps put on — the program and its stage, built by the same person.
