2025: a year of firsts


The number tells you it worked; this tells you how. A lot of what we built in 2025 had never existed before — and most of it is still running.

Rim-to-Rim launched

A brand-new group fundraiser format, run for the first time — and it raised real money (~$17.5k in 2025). See the Rim-to-Rim page →

First 50k Sisterhood built

Angie designed and stood up a new peer-to-peer campaign from scratch — it became our breakout engine. See the First 50k Sisterhood →

LOWA $45k pledge secured

Our largest single commitment — $45k for the Summit Scholarship, now under contract and expanding for 2027. LOWA × Summit Scholarship →

Our first film — “Vamos a la Playa”

A short film from the 2025 Peru expedition, shot and produced by Brittain Noel, our inaugural Adventure Lens grantee — a storytelling asset we can reuse across channels. Watch it on YouTube →

Earned press

A pro-bono collaboration with Outside PR — modest results, honestly, but a foothold: a SnowBrains feature and a Boulder Daily Camera column by Chris Weidner. Worth building on.

On top of these firsts: a record scholarship cycle (14 women funded from 2,150+ applications), and two new brand partners (Title Nine, CAMP USA). 2025 wasn't one big win — it was a dozen new things that worked, most of them still compounding into 2026.
