Logistics & agenda

Everything you need for the weekend in one place — where we're staying, how to get around, meals, and a full play-by-play. One thing to plan for: the race basecamp is ~1 hr 10 min each way from the house, so the schedule below is built around the drive.

Where we're staying

The AirBnb — 8191 US-30, Mosier, OR 97040, about 15 minutes east of Hood River. See the listing → · Open in Maps →

Rooming — four bedrooms, six of us. Two rooms double up, two are singles. Alison and Sarah are sharing one. Sunny is happy to share too — the double rooms have separate beds — so we just need one volunteer to bunk in with her. That leaves two single rooms for the rest.
Finding the driveway: we're about two miles east on Highway 30 from the Mosier exit (Exit 69). It's the second driveway east of the Annie's Apricots sign — look for "8200" right before the corner. Turn right on the driveway and go straight up the hill (not to the left); the home is immediately at the top of the hill on the right.

Door code: shared via the WhatsApp group the morning of the retreat.

Getting there

Closest major airport is Portland International (PDX), roughly 1.5 hours west. It's an easy drive east on I-84 along the Columbia River Gorge to Hood River, then a few more minutes to Mosier. Note the whole area runs on Pacific time.

Saturday — pizza lunch + group dinner

All-you-can-eat pizza truck at basecamp from ~noon (free for runners + crew). After the 6:30 pm panel, a group dinner in Hood River on the drive home — Sunny's booking a table at Celilo (16 Oak St).
