Mission: we connect women, girls, and gender-diverse adventurers with transformative adventure opportunities, advancing gender equity on and off the mountain.
Vision: to be determined we write this one together - live at the retreat!
Values: gender equity · inclusion · safety · growth · advocacy · empowerment.

Focus on fundraising to build organizational capacity — money before expansion.
2 · Expand thoughtfully
Use that capacity for careful program design and expansion — more scholarships, new offerings.

Where it could land by 2029
Both are the plan's 2029 scenarios, starting from the ~$80k combined budget at merger. The "how" beyond fundraising: a professional marketing engine, deeper sponsor relationships, values-aligned partnerships, and real internal governance (board cadence, succession planning, moving admin off the board).
